Welcome to Language Learning Associates !
The staff of Language Learning Associates (LLA) works with children, adults, and their families to improve language, speech and learning abilities. It is our intent to remain accessible to all who come in contact with the child or adult. We feel that as a team, including families and other involved personnel, we will be able to offer superior remedial effort.

Office Policy and Procedures
Payment for Services
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. If you have insurance, your estimated family co-pay is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept the following forms of payment:
cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We offer a cash discount for full payment received the day the service is rendered.
All appointments are scheduled and reserved exclusively for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Failing to cancel an appointment in advance can result in a $25.00 ‘no show’ fee.
Insurance Coverage
Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Our financial relationship is with you, not with your insurance company. We encourage you to call your insurance company for speech therapy benefits, prior to your initial visit.
All charges on your account are your responsibility, whether or not they are covered by or paid by your insurance company. We will process your insurance claims as long as we have your complete information. In the event that your insurance company has not paid for your treatment(s) in full within 60 days, the balance is then your responsibility.
