Most often we are open when schools are closed, unless there is a severe storm which closes everything. We will try to reach you to let you know if we're closed, butwe would ask that you call the office to check to see if we're open and to cancel if you are not coming in.
Beginning in 2010, we are asking that all patients sign-in and pay their co-pay, if applicable. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

We are network providers with Medical Mutual, Anthem (BCBS), AETNA, CIGNA, Summa and TriCare;
Our Fairlawn office is open five days a week with evening hours until 6:00 p.m.

There is a $25.00 'no show' fee for any visits missed and not cancelled. Three 'no shows' and not necessarily consecutive, will remove you from the therapy schedule
