Just a reminder: Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. We realize that children get sick abruptly and sometimes a 24 hour notice is not possible, however we ask that you call us EARLY in the day if your child has been sick during the night. We have clients wanting to reschedule and this affords us the opportunity to see them in your time spot for that week. We also ask that if you know you are going to be missing an upcoming appointment (i.e. vacation, etc) you inform your speech therapist AND the front desk. If you fail to do so there may be a missed appointment fee incurred.
Beginning in 2010, we are asking that all patients sign-in and pay their co-pay, if applicable. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.
Entering into a new year with insurance companies sometimes creates new headaches.
We are network providers with Medical Mutual, Anthem (BCBS), AETNA, CIGNA, Summa and TriCare;
Our Fairlawn office is open five days a week with evening hours until 6:00 p.m.

There is a $25.00 'no show' fee for any visits missed and not cancelled. Three 'no shows' and not necessarily consecutive, will remove you from the therapy schedule
Most often we are open when schools are closed, unless there is a severe storm which closes everything.
