What's NEW at Language Learning

Beginning in 2010, we are asking that all patients sign-in and pay their co-pay, if applicable. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

As of March, rates will be increased to $57.00 per session. However, as always the cash discount will remain at $50.00 for our clients that pay at the time the service is rendered.

Referral Program: FREE MONTH OF SERVICES

Our greatest compliment is your referral, so as a form of appreciation we would like to offer a referral program. Beginning in February, for each client referral that you provide to our office we will give you four free therapy sessions. Of course, the client referral program is based on the referral of an individual that becomes a regular client at LLA. There is no limit to the number of referrals.

BUNDLING
In effort to continue to make more affordable therapy options, we are offering speech, language, reading, and social groups. The groups will continue to meet regularly with a speech language pathologist but by being in a small group, the cost will be reduced. These groups will begin in the spring and continue over the summer. The therapy groups are perfect for children that need to generalize emerging skills and for families with limited or no insurance visits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Just a reminder: Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment

NO SHOW POLICY

There is a $25.00 'no show' fee for any visits missed and not cancelled. Three 'no shows' and not necessarily consecutive, will remove you from the therapy schedule

OFFICE HOURS

Our Fairlawn office is open five days a week with evening hours until 6:00 p.m.

WINTER WEATHER POLICY

Most often we are open when schools are closed, unless there is a severe storm which closes everything.
