May is Better Hearing & Speech Month

10 to 25% of all children have significant problems with language/learning skills that can interfere with general development achievement and later success in school. These language/learning problems may include poor hearing/listening skills as a result of ear infections, speech pronunciation problems, and general delay in the development of speaking/listening skills. The importance of good speech, hearing and language skills cannot be overstated.
During the month of May, Language Learning Associates will be offering free speech and hearing screenings, in addition to fluency screenings at any of our three offices. If you are interested or know of anyone who may be interested in these services, please give us a call.
